Our Recreational Tumbling Program at Elite Force Cheer is designed to help athletes build strong tumbling foundations in a fun, supportive environment. These classes focus on developing strength, flexibility, technique, and body control while allowing athletes to progress at their own pace.

Whether an athlete is just starting their tumbling journey or working toward advanced skills, our experienced coaches provide structured instruction that encourages confidence, safe progression, and a love for movement.

Tiny Tornadoes

Ages: 3–5
Commitment Level: Recreational / Beginner

Tiny Tornadoes is a fun, high-energy tumbling class designed for our youngest athletes. This class focuses on building strong foundations through age-appropriate tumbling skills while keeping learning playful and engaging.

Athletes work on:

  • Balance and coordination
  • Basic tumbling movements
  • Body awareness
  • Listening and motor skills

This positive and encouraging environment helps athletes build confidence and a love for movement as they begin their cheer and tumbling journey.

Beginner Tumbling

Ages: 6+
Commitment Level: Recreational / Beginner

Beginner Tumbling is perfect for athletes who are new to tumbling or developing foundational skills. This class focuses on building proper technique, strength, flexibility, and body control.

Athletes will work on skills such as:

  • Forward and backward rolls
  • Handstands
  • Cartwheels
  • Walkover progressions

Athletes train in a supportive and encouraging environment where they can safely progress while building confidence and a strong foundation for future tumbling skills.

Front & Back Walkover Class

Ages: 6+ (Evaluation Required)
Commitment Level:
Intermediate Skill Development

This class is designed for athletes who are learning or improving front and back walkovers.

This class focuses on:

  • Proper body positioning
  • Timing and power
  • Strength and conditioning
  • Skill progressions and drills

Athletes receive hands-on coaching that helps them develop control, consistency, and confidence, while building skills that support long-term tumbling development.

Back Handspring Class

Ages: 6+ (Evaluation Required)
Commitment Level:
Intermediate / Advanced Skill Development

The Back Handspring Class is designed for athletes ready to learn or perfect their back handspring technique and variations.

This class focuses on:

  • Proper body positioning
  • Timing and power
  • Strength and conditioning
  • Skill progressions and drills

Athletes train in a safe, structured environment that emphasizes correct technique and consistency, helping them build a strong foundation for higher-level tumbling.

Back Tuck Class

Ages: 6+ (Evaluation Required)

Advanced Tumbling

Our Back Tuck Class is designed for athletes ready to progress beyond the back handspring and work toward standing or running back tucks.

Training focuses on:

  • Proper technique and timing
  • Power and explosiveness
  • Body control and air awareness
  • Structured drills and progressions

Athletes train in a supportive environment that emphasizes confidence, consistency, and skill mastery, helping them develop the strength and awareness needed for advanced tumbling success.
